Dear Mrs. Lao,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am a customer visiting your food corner regularly in the college cafeteria during lunch time. I would like to express my delight and appreciation and drinks that you serve. Your meals are scrumptious and healthy, making me reminisce my mother’s home-cooked meals back at home. Additionally, I applaud you for upholding health and safely standards in your place and the items that you utilize. It reassures individuals to come back not just for the foods but also the ambiance and cleanliness of your eatery.
However, one thing that I would like to inform you about is the attitude of your cashier. We have been experiencing some of her rude behaviors every time we would pay for our meals. She would cut us off before we can finish speaking. Furthermore, she would slam the money on the table instead of politely handing it to us. My friends and I do not tolerate this attitude the reason I got the courage to write this letter.
If possible, I am hoping you can debrief you employee in order for the people to be more encouraged in trying out your corner and be elated about your crew’s hospitality. This would also make me and my friends ecstatic to come back again. We heard you have a new recipe and we can’t wait to give it a taste next time.
Yours sincerely,
Elle Shell
