Dear Manager,

I am writing to inform you about a minor accident occurred at your supermarket.

As I visited your store on August 18,2026. While walking through the produce aisle, I slipped on a wet patch of the floor that had no warning sign nearby. Unfortunately, my elbow has been injured which left me in pain for rest of the day. Although, my injuries are not severe but this could have been much dangerous, especially for someone elderly or less mobile.

However, I really appreciate the staff members available there at that time as they came instantly and helped me in standing.

Thus, to avoid similar accidents, I would suggest that your staff promptly place warning sign whenever a spill occurs and clean the wet area immediately. Additionally, regular inspection of the high-traffic zones and installation of non-slip mats in the section prone to slips such as produce area could greatly enhance customer’s safety.

I trust you will consider my suggestions to prevent further accidents and ensure a safer environment for everyone. I look forward to your response regarding this matter.
