Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about an accident that happened in your supermarket last Saturday.

My name is Daniel and I am a regular customer of your supermarket. I usually go shopping there every week because I live near the supermarket.

Last Saturday afternoon, I was shopping in the drinks section. When I was walking there, I suddenly slipped on the floor due to wet floor. There was no warning sign, so I did not know the floor was wet. I hurt my knee and it was quite painful. Luckily, the injury was not very serious. One of your staff came to help me after the accident.

I think the supermarket should do something to prevent this kind of accident in the future. Staff should check the floor more often and clean any water immediately. Also, a sign should be put on wet section area.This will help customers notice the danger and avoid accidents.

I hope you can improve the safety of your supermarket.
