Dear Manager,

I am writing to inform you about a minor accident I experienced at your supermarket on August 18, 2026.

While walking through the produce aisle, I slipped on a wet patch on the floor that lacked a warning sign. I injured my elbow in the fall, which left me in pain for the rest of the day. Although my injury was not severe, this situation could have been far more dangerous, particularly for an elderly customer.

Nevertheless, I really appreciate the prompt assistance from your staff members on duty, who immediately helped me to my feet and ensured I was unhurt.

To prevent similar accidents, I suggest that staff promptly place hazard signs whenever a spill occurs and clean wet areas without delay. Additionally, conducting regular inspections of high-traffic zones and installing non-slip mats in the produce section would greatly enhance customer safety.
