Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that recently I visited your hotel, namely, Hotel Sheraton. Unfortunately, I left my watch in your hotel. I have been feeling very sad after this incident.

I am Muhammad Maruf Hossen who visited at your hotel in last week for five days. My room number was 352. It was a nice stay in your hotel. But, when I returned my home I realized that I left my watch.

As per as per I recall, I left my watch in the shower room, when I took shower. It was a silver colour Rolex brand watch.

Therefore, I would request you to kindly try to find my watch and if you can find it then keep it with you. I will visit at your hotel next month for a business meeting, then I will bring it from you.

Thank you in advance. I am looking forward to hearing a positive response from you.
