Dear Sir,

I spent a wonderful weekend in your Aurora apartment. There was a really amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean, and I must come back to this place.

I am writing this letter because I am not 100% happy.

When we spent our first night in your beautiful flat, we saw a lot of mosquitos. This was a long and horrible night; we spent our first night killing insects. When we woke up, we saw another awful thing: we did not have warm water, and we did not have a warm shower. In my opinion, warm water is something that is normal in luxury apartments like this. I was really disappointed. After my frozen shower, I saw an incredible view in the window. It was something that was breathtaking.

We will come back to your apartment because this view and sunny weather are things that my soul really needs in the winter in my country. I must come back to your apartment. Are you available from March 10 to March 18, 2025? Please could you do something about the mosquitos and the frozen water? A warm shower is something that I really need in my life after a long walk. I will come with my family.
