Dear john,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I accidently brought your laptop charger at my home after my recent stay at your house. I would to apologise for this inconvenience and explained how it happened.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your hospitality. I had a wonderful time staying with you and your family. I particularly enjoyed exploring the city, watching movies together in the evening, and trying the delicious homemade food. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Regarding the charger, I realized the mistake only after unpacking my luggage at home. Since our laptop chargers are identical in colour and design, I mistakenly picked up your while packing my belongings. Moreover, I was in hurry to catch my train, which led to the confusion.

Please accept my apology, I feel very sorry for this mistake. To return the charger, I will send it to you through a reliable courier service tomorrow. It should reach you within the next few days. Please let me know once you receive it.

Once again, thank you for such a memorable stay. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
