Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you because I have to do not participate to help organize a football community in the next week.

However, this event must continue because this event is very famous in this state and also just once a week. As a medical staff in this event, which is very crucial for the event.

Although, when I have another schedule for this time, I would like to tell you about the reason, which is because my father passed away, and I have to go abroad until next week. Because of that, I am afraid I won’t be able to participate.

I am unable to participate in the event, but fortunately my friend has agreed to take my place. Probably if you want to find another candidate, I have my friend, which is want to participate this event. I truly appreciate your consideration.
