Dear Sir/ Madam,

Good day. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to inform the event organizers of the Gift Giving Community Event that i would not be able to be a volunteer due to unforseen reason, hence i must withdraw.

As an active member of our community, I am in much regret and deeply saddened that I need to withdraw as volunteer due to conflicting schedules. My school has just released our final achievement test schedule which coincide exactly on the same date of the community event.

With this regards, I would like to recommend my friend, Danny Meyer, to be my replacement volunteer for the event. I highly believed that he would be good and fit to be a volunteer. Attached in this letter is the Application for Volunteer filled and signed by Danny.

Again, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this have caused in the organization. I hope for your understanding.
