Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the problem I encountered with the service of hotel where you organised my meeting.
The meeting was in Rose gold hotel which is located in jalandhar City. The meeting was held on 6th August at 10:00 am. However, the hotel was beautiful but unfortunately when we went their the hotel was closed. So, we need to wait for two years.
Firstly, the staff did not welcome us properly. Secondly, the food was not delicious as I am expecting. It tasted like a staple food. Thirdly, the hotel was very crowded as result we are unable to focus on our meeting.
So, I want to reschedule the meeting. I hope this time you will organised it at better hotel otherwise, I want my refund if you are not able to do this.
