Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I am writing to share my experience during my stay in the hotel while attending the meeting which was organised by you. First of all, your service is really appreciated as you took all the efforts to satisfy all the delegates. The meet was held at Grand Fern hotel on last Sunday in order to discuss about our recent product launch.

But I would like to bring to your notice, a difficulty which was faced by me few minutes before the event. I had requested the Staff to iron my suit as I was unable to do it myself while I rushed to the venue in hurry. After receiving my outfit back, I was shocked to see burnt marks on my clothes. That was an expensive piece from my wardrobe which I really admired most.

I would be pleased if you could explain the hotel staff about the care they should take while handling anyone’s belongings. Or else make sure to arrange our future meetings in a different resort.
