Dear Benjamin,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to you regarding my furniture, which I would like to sell. The reason, why I decided to sell everything is that I will be moved back to Slovakia. Therefore, I sold my house, but the buyers did not have any interest in keeping the furniture and there is no point in taking this stuff with me to my country because I have everything that I need in my flat.

It has been a long time since you visited me. To refresh your brain I will sell a sofa and drawers. Everything is from a massive wood without damage. The sofa is in perfect condition in the beige. Moreover, heavy leather provides a long-term vision for use. In addition, under the sofa are situated three drawers, which can help you keep books or other stuff. The drawers are from real oak with polish. Both sides are closed with handles and in the middle is the space for PlayStation, remote control or subwoofer. I hope this it will be a strong motivation for you to visit me.

I suggest the end of this weekend because the following week will be very hectic for me. Hopefully, Sunday 14 October will be fit for you. The best time is after 2 pm because my baby needs still an afternoon nap.
