Dear Sam,

Hope all is well from your side. I am writing regarding the furniture which I want to sell to you because after my parents you are a trustworthy person in my list.

The only reason I am selling the furniture because I am going to Canada for higher studies, and I need money for expenses.

It is my own room furniture which include a queen size bed and sofa. I bought it from a Leons furniture house which is famous for world widely and I am selling it on reasonable prices.

This week, on January 4th, I am free you can come in any time and next week I have a flight and I will be busy in packaging .Please come with your mother and father I want to meet them, and they can also check the quality of the furniture.

I am extremely excited to meet you and your parents because I want to spend time with you.
