Dear sirs,
I’m writing to you to inform you about my unfortunate experience with your center regarding my Turkish language course.
My experience started three months ago, when one of my friends advised me of your well-reputable center. So, our immediately visited one of your branches and filled the application form to start my lessons. Starting from this moment, my miserable experience had begun. The receptionist informed me that I need to wait for three weeks to start my course and I need to pay the full amount of money in advance to reserve a seat. I thought that this means your center is really a good one because many people are running to it. In addition, the receptionist did not even ask me about the proper timing for me.
Three weeks later, my long-awaited Turkish course began. I was over the moon because I am about to start pursuing my dream of learning the Turkish language. I expected the teacher to be Turkish but she was American. Also, the number of the students inside the classroom was more than expected. Consequently, the teacher couldn’t pay the needed attention to every student. Moreover, there was no homework or any assignments to follow up. In my opinion, this experience was a total waste of time and money.
In fact, there are a few things that they administration of the center can do to guarantee a better experience for future students. First, your institution should hire native speakers only because this will ensure a better confidence for your learners. Second, the receptionist’s team are responsible for scheduling lessons, depending on students suitable time. Third, I strongly advise you to rethink of your pricing because they are way too much.
Thank you for your time to read this letter, but it was such a disturbing experience I have been through and I wanted you to find feasible solutions for this problem as long as you have a good reputation.
