hello, dear administration of school

as you know, i am enrolled in a course of managing a bussiness. several lessons have already passed, and i feel realy dissapointed with the quality of instruction.

the teachers behavior is unprofessional, he does not gives us new knowledge. for example, last lesson he was late for 20 minutes and after he came he was just sitting on his phone. i was hoping to learn something new, but in reality we just sitting doing nothing. additionally, he is never checks our homework and presentations, so it feels like we studying by ourselves. furthermore, we are not satisfied with the program. the program is too old and irrelevant.

i would like for you to resolve the issue by changing our teacher and update a program if you do not mind.
