I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a course I recently attended at your training center.
The course was called “Business Communication Skills,” and I attended it from 1st to 10th March. Although I had high expectations, I was disappointed with both the quality of instruction and the course materials.
Firstly, the instructor was often unprepared and did not explain the topics clearly. In addition, many lessons were repetitive and lacked useful examples. Secondly, the course materials were outdated and contained several errors, which made it difficult to understand the content.
As a result, I feel that I did not gain the knowledge and skills that were promised in the course description.
I would appreciate it if you could provide a partial refund or offer me the opportunity to attend another course free of charge. I believe this would be a fair solution.
