Dear course coordinator,

Good morning course coordinator. How are you doing? I hope you are well. I have been meaning to ask you, I would like to take a course to improve my computer skills. I believe that I lack the skills that my peers usually excell in, so I would want to improve on that.

Before I ask about the cost, how long does the course take, and how is the schedule? Is it flexible or do is it stricter? Because the timetable matters to me as I am busy these days.

As for the cost, how much does is it? and what payment options is available? Do I pay online or from arrival? Is there any requirments aswell?
