Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter in regard to my intention to take a course at the Kings college. I would hereby, like to get a few information prior to application.

I will like to study Pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical technology. I checked the college’s website and the school offers my desired course. I also met up the aggregate score required for this department in my high school leaving examination so i am sure studying this will be a piece of cake for me.

Unfornunately, i could not find any point where the departmental fees and payment options reflected on the site but in defence, I learnt that the site is currently on maintenance mode as the school is trying to review the fees for the incoming session. I do suspect there will be an increament so I will appreciate you inform me of the new agreed amount and means of payments so I can make preparations for it on time.

Meanwhile, I will like you to give me a step by step process on application for this course and also a hint on the deadline for registration so that I dont miss out on the next batch of admitted students.

Yours faithfully,

Odinnuta Cynthia Chiamaka.
