Dear Sir or Madam,

I recently missed a job interview at your company which was scheduled on 1st of June 1:00 pm. I am writing this letter to mention the reason and request to reschedule the interview on a suitable date.

On the appointed day, I met an unfortunate accident when I left my home for the interview. My car got hit by the bus and I got badly wounded in that incident. Local residents transported me to nearest hospital for first aid and I had spent 2 days under obervation.

During this incident, I lost my phone due to which I could not inform you about the situation and my absence from the interview. Furthermore, I was admitted in the hospital where using phones or laptops were not allowed.

Now that I have recovered from injuries, I would like to request you to reshcedule my interview. I believe that my qualification and experience will prove valueable for your company.

I hope you will give my request careful consideration. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
