Dear Sir or Madam,

Three months ago, I purchased a Dell laptop from your store. Unfortunately, the device has been no working and now is totally unusable. I really need this notebook computer for my work as I am working at home. I am hoping that you will repair it or replace soon.

As I noticed that, the laptop was stopped working while I worked on my new project. It does not show anything except the black background and red line on the screen. First, I was trying to repair and will find a where does it broken. Yet I have not found any way to solve this problem. As a result of this issue, I was not able to finish my project and in that case I did not have anything to do.

I hope you will fix it immediately within the next few days or replace it with a new one.
