Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a repair or the replacement of a web camera that I recently purchased from your shop.

I bought this product two weeks ago for my work from home job. As I need to attend video conferences, my requirement was a camera with high resolution and in built microphone. Though, the video quality is good, I am struggling with the working of in-built microphone.

I am unable to communicate with my clients and colleagues properly due to this faulty microphone. They complain of the unclear voice and distorted messages during our conversation. As a result, it is profoundly affecting my efficiency and productivity at work, and hampering our business transactions.

I would appreciate it if you could send one of your servicemen at my place to address this issue. If possibe, I would prefer a replacement as I do not want to encounter same issue again.
