Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Rahaf Hatoum, A pharmacist working on skin and hair care products courses on the Internet. I have recently received a mixer from your company to help me with my work, but there was a problem faced me during the product’s preparetion. I write this letter to tell you what the issue is, as well as, to order a new version of this manual mixer.

Before I recorded a new educational video, I had tested the new tool that I have received from your company, but unfortunately, the mixer was not working well at its highest speed.

I was frustrated because the video did not perform the educational purpose because the malfunctions in this tool led to production of a product was not compatible with the standard specifications set for the product.

I gentely ask you to send me a list contains the latest versions of mixers with their specifications, so that I could order a proper one to my work.
