Dear Sir,

I hope you have a good day. I am writing this letter for you to report that thw Wireles fidelity you have provided is not reliable.Since I’m work from home, this problem can affect so much on my job. I can’t focus on my duties well due to vert weak internet connection. Also I’m unable to finish all the task since it causes me big trouble when connecting to the server. Most especially when i need to attend the virtual meeting it always come up with poor quality and low performance of the video. On the other half it keeps showing the word problem in connectiong on my desktop. I wish that you will take an urgent action with this matter , and you will find a better solution regarding this issue. I am also expecting that you will supply me a excellent internet connection. Looking forward for the improvement with regards to this situation. I hope I can hear from you soon.
