Dear Sir,

I am writting to complain about a problem with a piece of equipment that I recently purchased from your shop for my work from at home job.

The equipment is a second hand iphone that I bought from your store five days ego. Unfortunatelly , it has started malfunctioning, as it frequently hanged and slow downloading, stop working in the middle and displays error message. Despite following the instruction but the problem has not been solve.

This issue has significantly effected on my online working, to completed the daily task is an essential part of my job task. Due to this fault I can’t copleted my daily task and I have missed the deadline, which has caused unnecessary stess and aditional expences.

I would appreciate it if you could repair the faulty equipment or replace it with fully functioning one as soon as possible. I would welcome a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved promptly.
