Dear Sir or Madam,

I work at home 2 days in a week. Additionally, I am working as a manager and I have to manage the meetings all day. Unfortunately, my earphone broke last week. Therefore, I used to use headphone when I was in meeting. Also, I don’t have backup hearset in home. Our company’s policy doesn’t allow to bring tackle to home.

The problem is effecting my concentration because the sound doesn’t hear perfectly without earphone and normally, It can’t isolate the backround sounds. it can be distractive. During the meeting,when my dog barked suddenly, my collagues hear the it’s voice.Furthermore, I am aware of that It seems not professional by my cowerkers in the facility. In addition, It effect my pruductivity and reputation.

To conclusion, I sended in a e-mail 4 work days ago. Despite the submitting, the company didn’t address the problem. As soon as possible,I request the new equipment to increase my job’s quality.
