Dear Stephen,

Today, I am writing this letter to complain about the noise that comes from the upstairs neighbour’s apartment.

To commence with, two youngsters live upstairs in our apartment. Most weekends, they play loud music and enjoy parties with their friends. Last week, I went to the apartment and said, ‘Please can you make less noise because I work in a warehouse and my shift starts early in the morning. Due to the loud noise, I can’t sleep at night.’ Meanwhile, they said that they would make less noise. Unfortunately, this week the same thing has happened.

For that reason, I want to request you to take action immediately regarding this. Firstly, please talk to them once. If they don’t listen to you, please change their apartment as soon as possible. I would really appreciate your help.
