Dear Stephen,

Today, I am writing this letter to complain about noise which comes from the upstairs neighbour’s apartment.

To Commence with, Two youngsters live upstairs in our apartment. Most of the weekend, They are playing loud music and enjoying party with their friends. Last week, I went to the apartment and said that please can you make some less noise because I am working in a warehouse and also my shift starts from Early morning.Due to loud noise, I can’t sleep in the night.Meanwhile,They said that we will make some less noise.Unfortumately, this week same thing is happened.

For that reason, I want to request you to take action immediately regarding this.Firstly, Please talk once. If they don’t listen you please change their apartment as soon as possible.I would really appreciate your help .
