I am writing this letter to inform you about the HP Printer which I recently bought from your company. Last Sunday, I purchased this item from the Coquitlam store.
I supposed to use this equipment for my home office as I need to print some documents in high resolution. As the store manager explained during the deal, this printer was the one which had higher in quality compared with others. However, I noticed that it doesn’t have much quality than he explained and always I am getting error message while printing. After two-three attempts, I cannot get any printouts either.
Therefore, I could not be able to perform my functions smoothly and I cannot deliver some documents to my clients due to this failure. I contacted customer service department on last Monday to inform this matter and I haven’t received positive response from them yet.
