Mr John,

I’m writing to you this letter to ask for your permission, if that’s possible of course to spend the next 6 months in our head office in Paris.

In fact and as you know I’m studing for my master’s degree and the next semester will be my last one.My thesis subject is :the effect of studies abroad on youth. So, writing my thesis based on personal experience would be very effective for me.

I promise that my studies won’t affect my work in any possible way.In fact,I’ll keep my same enthousiasm and seriousness while trying to perform my best at work.

I would be really thankful if you accept my demand and I could really use your help.
