Dear Sir/Madam,

Good morning. I hope this letter finds you well.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for your willingness to provide your customers with the industry best products at economical rates. My name is Angshuman Roy, I am a resident of Chestermere, a small village near your town Calgary. A few days ago, on December 9, I came across an advertisement on our city newspaper about a Sony fm radio, model A2B123.

I have couple of questions regarding this appliance. First and foremost, is it available at your downtown shop, if not, will it be possible for you to order it for me. I am ready to wire some advance booking amount. Second what is the price of the product. Additionally, how long you will be able to hold the product in your inventory, the reason is I am not available in village for next two weeks.
