I trust you are doing good. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for inviting me to the Annual Musical Concert. I am sorry to let you know that I won’t be available due to my work schedule next week. Of course it would have been a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the music and your delightful company.
However, these days, my work schedule has become quite demanding and I have to travel quite a bit. Unfortunately, I have been asked to attend a business conference out of town which is on the same day as the concert and hence I have no choice but to miss it.
Nevertheless, after I return from my town we can plan a short trip to the Asaba Villa Park in town where we can have several trailing activities such as Rock Climbing, River Fafting and Many more which are on offer at this time of the year.
Moreover you are an adventure freak and I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. I know you have great love for mountains and that’s why I have suggested and made this plan. What’s more your birthday is also around the corner which we can celebrate by having a blast there. I hope to see you soon.
