Dear Raman,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my warm gratitude for inviting me to a annual music concert. I am sorry to let you know that I won’t be available due to my work schedule.

However, these days my work schedule is quite demanding that it is nearly impossible to take a day off. On that sepeific day, our office has scheduled a very cruicial meeting that we all have to be present for, due to that I have no choice but to miss the concert.

Nevertheless, In the upcoming week as I have 2 off days, we can plan a short trip to mountain view part. There are several activities that we can do like Rock climbing, boating and many more.

Moreover, As your birthday is around the corner, so it will be a great place to celebrate your special day. Also, there are new food trucks that serves the food from different cuisines, so it will be a great time to try all. I know you have a love for mountain and water that’s the reason I am suggesting this place.

I hope you will love the idea of a short trip to park. Hope to see you soon.
