Dear John,
Hello! How are you doing? I’m writing this letter to you to describe one of my favorite dish recipe.
I hear that you are planning to publish a book at international level which includes variety of food. There is one very popular and delicious dish I have in my mind and wants to give you a recipe. The dish name is “Chhole Bhature”. This is famous in North India and needs regular spices with very limited ingredients. For this recipe, we have to boil overnight soaked chickpeas with a pinch of salt. Then we have to prepare a gravy of tomatoes and onions with ginger, garlic and green chili paste. All together fry in oil and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder according to tolerance of on spiciness and stir it well. At the end add 200ml water and leave chickpeas for five to ten minutes on medium flame. There is no particular season to eat, but many Indian people prefer to make it during festival time. Moreover, some of are like to add chickpeas recipe in wedding menu as it is heavy and fulfill dish.
This dish is really delicious and easy to prepare, also have enough amount protein and less calories. So people will enjoy to cook.
Wishing you a luck and I hope you include this dish in you book.
All the best,
Priya
