Dear Mr. Brown,

Myself Sam residing in your Eglinton Apartment #38, since December 2022. I am responsible tenant who never default any payment. I am writing this regarding your recent communication about increases in monthly rent approximately by 20%.

I can understand tough financial market conditions, high inflation and commodity price make it worst. It adversely impacted everyone. Due to this, 80% owners decided to skip any increments for another year or so. Furthermore, slight deviation in maintenance charges put a dent on my month budget. Moreover, since 2022 I haven’t asked for any repaint or repair.

Considering given reasons, I urge to reconsider your decision and update me accordingly. Otherwise, I have no chance but to look forward for equivalent accommodation as per my needs.
