I am writing to express my discontent regarding the recent decision to increase the rent for the apartment Green, where I have resided as your tenant for the past year.

I chose to live in this apartment because the rent was affordable, despite the old building and existing issues within the unit. During my one-year stay, I have encountered challenges such as broken water pipes and damaged wall paint, which I have brought to your attention previously. Unfortunately, these concerns have not been addressed, and I have had to rectify them at my own expense.
