Dear Jame,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am looking to organize a event for a local charity and I seeking you guys assistance to make this successful.

I think you are aware of that there lots of orphan children around us who cannot eat one meal a day.Moreover, They are deprived from education and healthy life.Furthermore, they do not even have home to stay so they just sleep in street.I just wants to help these kids through my this event.

I am planning to conduct the meeting on next month in a very great place and that is why I choosed Town Hall.There we will be discuss about suitable way for fundrising and how can we develop even little life of these youngs.Also, we will try to analyze everything that might help us.

More importantly, you guys can contribute most by financially and also practically. There is almost one hundred people so this is huge, we can boost rapidly our event.
