Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well, I am writing to cordially invites you to a local charity fundraising event that I am organizing for the orphaned children at ABC orphanage. We have been doing this for almost 10 years now, my main goal of this is to help the less fortunate children, who have been neglected and unloved. We like to bring smile on their faces and bring the community together to help as one to make this event possible.

The charity fundraising will happen on January 1, 2026 at the Electra park near Johnson Street on exactly 10 in the morning.

I am looking forward that you can participate on this event to donate any used clothes or toys that we can give to the children. Any monetary donation will be use to buy food and game rewards for the children. Let us give them a once in a life time experience that they will not forget.
