Hello! I heard that will be new shopping centre in my area. I support this idea, because from my perspective there aren’t so many leisure. But maybe it has some advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, it will be so comfortable and conveniently if you build shopping centre. Also the mall will be near my house and I don’t have to worry about my time . On the other hand, it will be so noisy and crowded. Moreover, there will be traffic jams and issues with parking.

For instance, near my old house, where i used to live, was shopping mall. It was accessible and well located for me . But also it had drawbacks, like less privacy and peace.

In essence, having a mall nearby has both pros and cons. But I largely support it, as it is highly convenient, and I believe that our city should continue to develop.
