Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring your attention about a shopping center a developer plans to build near the residential area I live.

I came across with this news while I scrolling social media. The news explained that the shopping centre will be constructed in the next summer and it can take one or two years. In addition, it will be involved different shops, which make it easy to access a wide range of goods.

The shopping centre really made me feel satisfied as I have to purchase goods from a shopping centre which is far from my home, making it difficult to reach it, particularly public transport in this area is really poor. So, I have to use my own vehicle to go to there. Moreover, the shopping centre offers numerous benefits, including a gym club, a pool, and a restaurant, enabling me to socialize with my friends and spend quality time with my family.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with detailed information on the developer as I am an architecture with seven years of experience, and I would like to know that he can offer a suitable job for me.
