Dear sir/Madam,
As a frequent library user, I feel privileged to write some suggestions for improving service and facilities in the upcoming library expansion plan.
The book catalogue system at the library is impressive; even the first time user can locate the book of interest without substantial help from the staff. On the top of that, the internet speed in the library computers is great which makes online users more satisfied with library services. On the flip side, the library doesn’t have convenient facilities for parents who come with their children such as a dedicated area that supports learning materials for children or a breast-feeding pod.
For the upcoming plan, I suggests you to focus on improving library services that are more accessible to people who are accompanied by children. For instance, a separate room with provision for early-education materials that might really develop a habit of using library from the early childhood stage. Likewise, a breast-feeding pod at the main lobby would be a better idea to support child nourishment when a young mother visit library.
I hope these suggestions will be acknowledged and implemented if they are within the boundary of the library budget for this fiscal year.
Regards,
Suman
