Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this to share my thoughts and suggestions regarding improvements to the local library. Firstly, I would like to admire the organization of materials, as the books, magazines, newspapers, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, etc., are managed with proper clarification of all types of materials. It is extremely convenient for visitors to navigate and locate the books from bookshelves. Moreover, the opening and closing timings are perfect and the staff is so humble and polite that they never hesitate to help people.

However, there are a couple of areas which I believe could be improved, such as the internet, as the connection is sluggish and feels like a barrier while working on something important. Along with this, the furniture is uncomfortable, as it is difficult to sit on plastic chairs for extended period. I suggest changing these to soft fabric chairs with height-adjustable tables.

Thank you for considering my suggestions. I am looking forward to seeing positive alterations in the library soon.
