I am writing this letter to give my point of view regarding the improvement in the library services and conditions that are available.
Our library is a great place for reading books, magazines or spending time without distractions because of the availability of enough study rooms and side tables. We also have a good collection of computer systems, as they work properly and have high storage capacity. The library environment is suitable for every age group due to the collection of various books and study materials. Children could find storybooks, and adults have a lot of options of history, authors’ biographies and horror stories.
I do not like the internet service in the library as it is a bit slow and sometimes it does not work for a long time, which creates a problem when we work on computers or laptops. Moreover, library timing is so bad. It opens too late and closes too early, which makes it difficult for me to read books in the evening. Less time for the study room booking is also an issue as it collides with other learners.
I would suggest some ways of improvement that I think you may accept, like the accessibility of stable wi-fi connections to improve the working capacity of the system. To ensure the availability of more study rooms along with increased booking timings. In addition, the changes in the library timings help readers to spend more time in the library.
