Dear Neighbors

I am writing to you to complain about damage caused to my yard by your pet. I would like to discuss the situation and the ways how we can settle this, so that similar incidents do not happen in the future.

To begin with, we suppose the fence between our houses is not tall enough to prevent your pet from entering our yard. Regarding to the footage from outdoor cameras, the dog intruded twice in the last week and cracked several backyard decorations, destroyed the outdoor garden and devoured fish from our decorative lake.

We would be grateful, If you could cover the expences occasioned by actions of your pet. We would like to reach agreement that the fence should be rebulded, in order to prevent such situations in the future.

We are looking forward for your responce. Feel free to contact us in any time if you have any suggestions or questions regarding this matter.
