Dear Mr. John,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding your complaint about the noise coming from my house.
I had a birthday party last night and I had invited my friends to have some fun. Some of them were excited to dance on loud music and we had no idea that the music will be this loud that our neighbor will get disturbed.
I really apologise for the inconvience that you faced because of my mistake. I will ensure that for the next time we will not use the loud music. Some of them were singing too loud which was inappropriate for others. I will keep that in mind that in future if I am having any kind of celebration then the sound of music will be low and no one will get disturb because of me.
I am expecting that you will understand and will accept my apology.
Yours Sincerely,
Elly
