Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to you regarding the disturbance due to the furnishing work going on in your office. I work as a senior manager in your neighbouring office and the loud noise during the day is causing difficulty to conduct meetings. Moreover, we are getting a lot of complaints from our staff for unable to perform work and headache during office hours due to continuous loud sounds.
However, I completely understand that renovations and maintenance are important for every workplace but according to estate maintenance policy one cannot do such operation during the working hours. Additionally, these rules are made with approval of all the tenants of the building. Not only the renovation is creating sound disturbance but also it is creating an enormous amount of dust and debris in my office.
So, I request you to take a prompt action for this scenario and look for the alternatives you can do to maintain the policy as well as your furnishing provided that it does not create inconvenience for other tenants. I am looking forward to see your actions and revert to my letter.
Yours faithfully,
James Smith
