Dear Mr. Thomas,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I’m writing this letter to apologize to you for the loud musical noise that emanated from my house last Sunday that disturbed you a lot. I would like to inform you that my elder son came to the house last week and is fond of listening to music at night. So he started listening with a high range of volume. It’s distributed sound sleep as well as hamper your daily activities because of insufficient rest.
After receiving your complaints, I provided some instructions to my son to listen to music at a lower volume and warned him not to make any kind of noise disturbance. I’m so embarrassed by this incident and, again, sorry for this matter.
I assure you that these kinds of disturbances will not repeat. Again, thank you for your kind consideration.
Your sincerely,
Miss Shaheen Rakkar.
