Dear Martin,

I would like to convey my sincere apologies for the disturbance caused by my household. I can understand how hard it would have been. I would like to take this chance to explain the situation.

We had a birthday celebration for my friend. Our friends and their family arrived at my house. Initially, we planned to celebrate at the party hall. However, due to extreme weather, we had to cancel the plan and started celebrating at my house. Moreover, we planned to close the party by 9:00 PM certainly it got delayed. In addition to that, the kids were so energetic and started making noise that it took some time for us to make them understand.

I would take this opportunity to ask my apologies and invite you to my house for a coffee and snacks. I will definitely make sure it will not happen again in future.
