Dear neighbors,

I am living on the second floor of the apartment. I want to let you know that the noise being created is due to my mixer which has blade broken, mixer machine and when I use it, the intensity of sound becomes louder.

The majority of people living in the same apartment complain due to the blender not working properly, not only this sometimes the level of noise reached the upper limit that disturbs everyone. I know this noise can be minimized, but due to the electrical problem in my blender, and the broken blades needed to be replaced.

I want to apologize for the noise being produced and I make sure that I will not use that blender again until I buy a new one. I want to let you confirm this noise will not take place in our apartment again.

The measures I will take are I will use such kind of blender which has no sound effects and if the sound is still coming I will stop using my blender.

I make sure you will be not disturbed again.
