Dear Mrs. Evans,

I hope that you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to the complaint letter I have received from you lately regarding the noise from my apartment on 10th of April.

Kindly, allow me explain the situation. As you know 10th of April was Muslim’s saint day and the celebration of the end of Ramadan – Eid. It happened to be my turn to host our family’s get together party with all the members including lots of children. You know how boisterous and unpredictable children can be.

I had no intention to disturb you with the noise and feel extremely sorry regarding the same. I know that this behavior is not at all acceptable in the society.

Therefore, I seek for your forgiveness and apologize for disturbance. I hope you will understand this situation and try to forgive me. I promise you that will not happen again in future.
