Dear Mr John,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my sincere apologies regarding the noise disturbance that you have been facing from the past two weeks.

Firstly, the main reason behind this is the construction work that is going on here. We planned to extend the first floor last year but due to several issues we were not able to start the work but finally it has come to an end!

Myself and my family members would like to apologize for the inconvenience that has troubled you since long time. Moreover, Last day there were more plastering works, that’s also a main reason for this huge noisy situation

Fortunately, the construction has come to an end and no more disturbance from our end and also I will be inviting to our small house-warming ceremony

Again apologize for the same and hope to meet you in the near future
